I’m looking for an operations or coordination role where I can support projects and administration, keep systems accurate, and produce clear reports. I value international, cross-team collaboration and a detail-focused, organized environment.

I’m an Operations & Coordination Specialist and Business Administration graduate with hands-on experience supporting daily operations, coordinating projects, and managing administrative processes in multicultural environments.

I’ve worked in customer-facing and operational roles where I maintain organized systems and documentation, verify information in internal systems and databases, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time—often using English daily in international settings.

In project support, I coordinated up to three projects simultaneously, monitored deadlines/resources/deliverables, and led the digitalization of machinery inspection checklists by aligning suppliers and cross-functional teams; the project was successfully implemented.

I’m proactive and detail-oriented, comfortable working independently in remote and international contexts, and focused on delivering clear executive summaries and management reports that support decision-making.
