I am a proactive, detail-oriented entrepreneur and operations professional with hands-on experience in project coordination, market research, HR strategy, and digital platform management. I co-founded an EdTech practicum startup where I led market validation with 200+ respondents, developed the business plan and pitch deck, onboarded early users, and implemented HR processes including compensation and payroll.
