I want to run end-to-end operations and support executives—especially in hospitality or retail—leading multicultural teams, improving e-commerce and customer experience, and owning events and business launches.

I’m a bilingual (Japanese/English) operations professional with 7+ years of cross-industry experience spanning hospitality, real estate, beauty services, and retail across Japan and the Philippines. I’m known for launching new businesses from the ground up, managing multicultural teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In my current role, I provide direct executive support to the CEO—including scheduling, travel arrangements, external negotiations, and document preparation. I also led the launch of a new Japanese grocery supermarket from concept to operation, managing a team of 10 staff and reaching ₱1M monthly revenue.

I oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations, including product listing, order fulfillment, and customer support, while managing inventory and procurement with suppliers in both Japan and the Philippines. I enjoy turning operational complexity into clean, repeatable execution.

Earlier, I managed daily salon operations in a multicultural environment and developed SNS-based marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention. Before that, as a Restaurant Manager, I led a team of 30 across hiring, staff training, scheduling, sales/cost/inventory management, and customer service and complaint resolution—and I’ve planned and executed a 300+ attendee corporate event without incident.
