What I'm looking for
I partner with multifamily ownership groups, regional managers, and onsite teams to improve curb appeal, resident satisfaction, and overall property presentation. I help communities solve challenges across landscape maintenance, irrigation performance, enhancements, snow and ice management, vendor communication, and deferred appearance issues—always with a proactive, service-first mindset.
Previously as a Regional Sales Executive, I identified and cultivated relationships to drive revenue and meet monthly closing targets in the Kansas City region. I maintained client retention and increased revenue from existing customers while building pipeline through networking, email outreach, and outbound lead generation, then used Salesforce to track and report weekly and monthly progress.
Earlier in commercial real estate operations, I supported lease administration, invoices, budgeting/reporting, bid proposals, and service contracts while helping ensure compliance with company policies. I also led and managed a team of seven to foster collaboration and productivity, and as a leasing professional I earned 100% satisfaction reviews and helped lease a brand-new community from 0% to 85% full.
