I'm looking for remote-ready roles in EU or US organizations where I can build value-driven partnerships, scalable operational systems, and sustainable collaboration networks focused on circular economy, nature conservation, or positive social impact.

I co-founded Zirobio to help brands and manufacturers adopt bio-based recycled materials, building operational infrastructure, partnership frameworks, financial controls, IT systems, and community outreach around a circular economy mission.

Previously, I built a Alibaba Freshippo.com's gig platform from scratch at Good Fanwan, scaling it to 30 cities and 200 warehouses. I grew its user base to 100,000 within one year and managed 3,000 gig workers daily.

At Shenzhou Yiqiao, I founded the Human Capital business unit, generating $14M in first-year revenue, building a gig payroll platform for 20,000+ users, and establishing a distributor network of 1,200 partners across nearly 100 cities.
