What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead scalable capture and proposal operations—building repeatable RFP engines, governance, and enablement that help Sales win. I value cross-functional partners, measurable forecasting, and process improvements that drive consistent revenue outcomes.

I’m a results-driven proposal and business operations professional focused on bid management, capture/proposal operations, sales enablement, and revenue support. I design and govern scalable capture and proposal frameworks, lead end-to-end RFP/RFS processes, and build operational infrastructure that accelerates pursuit strategy.

Most recently, as a Business Analyst II (Strategy & Investments) with Director-level scope in capture and proposal operations, I’m building the capture engine—operating model, scoring/qualification frameworks, Go/No—Go governance, pipeline segmentation, and competitor intelligence. I institutionalize SOPs and review processes, and deliver forecasting and analytics dashboards that keep stakeholders aligned and measurable.

Earlier roles strengthened my execution and commercial instincts: I managed bid tracking and end-to-end proposal coordination as a Sales Enablement Associate Manager / Bid Manager, and I supported proposal teams by researching RFP opportunities, monitoring contract awards, and maintaining Salesforce and shared documentation systems. Across RevOps and finance operations, I’ve supported quote-to-cash realities, reviewed contracts for compliance, and partnered closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Recognition to drive accurate, audit-ready outcomes.
