I'm looking to lead scalable operations, strategic accounts, or business development initiatives where I can solve complex problems, strengthen customer relationships, improve processes, and align cross-functional teams around measurable growth.

I've led operations, business development, and strategic accounts across healthcare, outsourcing, logistics, and startup environments for more than 13 years. At Clipboard Health, I support operational leadership through pre-escalation audits, complex account strategy, payment negotiations, coaching, and process improvement.

At Fusion BPO Services, I led facilities, infrastructure, and administration across eight operational sites serving more than 3,000 employees in the Philippines, Thailand, and Indonesia. I directed site expansions, managed vendors and contracts, and helped maintain approximately 90% operational capacity during COVID-19.

As an equity partner at Adept Outsourcing and The Local Pro, I helped grow founder-led businesses through client acquisition, strategic partnerships, executive negotiations, scalable workflows, and KPI improvement.

I've also founded and led a logistics business, owning the full B2B sales pipeline from prospecting through contract execution. I bring strong ownership, executive communication, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional execution to complex operational challenges.
