What I'm looking for
I’m a UNC Kenan-Flagler MBA (2025) with 15+ years in direct sales and practical business leadership. I started my career in security/home services sales, consistently ranking as a top performer, then launched and scaled True Protection in 2011. For the past 10 years and more, I constructed and developed the business end-to-end—from lead generation and sales systems through to service delivery to budgeting and day-to-day operations—so I’m comfortable owning the results across the whole business.
My strengths at the nexus between revenue, operations, and finance are my strongest points. With the growth side, I’ve created repeatable sales processes, trained teams, improved close rates, and developed practical follow-up and customer retention systems. I have created SOPs, created operational workflows, and designed reporting that allows teams to scale faster without affecting quality. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas State (BBA Accounting); the financial basis of my accounting background provides me with excellent understanding of unit economics, forecasting, pricing, and performance measurement.
I’m looking forward to using AI and automation in real-world business problems—e.g., to reduce admin burden, improve customer experience, and scale service businesses efficiently. I enjoy jobs where I can diagnose what’s broken in detail, design a well-defined implementation plan, and pull things off quickly and with measurable impact. Right now I'm open to part-time or fractional positions in Business Operations, Strategy, Growth/RevOps, Program/Project Management, or advisory work—particularly with growth-stage or service companies that value practical operators who drive results.
