I am a senior strategy and operations leader with 14+ years building systems, scaling teams, and driving revenue growth across AI, SaaS, and tech-enabled businesses. I translate vision into execution and align cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

At Invisible Technologies I partnered with senior leadership to scale ARR from $25M to $170M in two years, operationalized company-wide OKRs, and built a global talent marketplace used by top AI model providers and enterprises. I built and led Training & Enablement, managed a $1M+ budget, and launched AI data training solutions at scale.

Previously I served as Chief of Staff for a coaching business, growing ARR 10x to $2.5M through licensing, operational systems, and a 50+ person remote team. I also have consulting experience delivering $300M+ in enterprise savings through Lean Six Sigma and process improvement.
