What I'm looking for
I’m a seasoned lifecycle marketing professional with 7+ years of experience leading lifecycle strategy development and analysis. I build and optimize omnichannel CRM programs across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and lifecycle journeys aligned to business objectives.
In my current role, I map, design, and document customer journeys (segmentation, messaging, and campaign flows) while monitoring engagement metrics to deliver actionable performance improvements.
