I’m looking to build scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM journeys in an Agile team—combining SQL segmentation, AMPscript personalization, and API integrations to deliver measurable campaign performance and strong client outcomes.

I’m a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist with 5+ years of experience designing and implementing multi-channel CRM journeys, SQL segmentation strategies, AMPscript personalization, and API integrations. I translate business requirements into technical implementations with strong governance in Agile environments.

In consulting roles, I lead client-facing technical sessions (in English) and build solutions in Journey Builder and Automation Studio. I also develop custom Journey Builder Activities using JavaScript and REST APIs, and create dynamic, personalized emails with AMPscript, SQL, and HTML/CSS—while participating in architectural discussions around data ingestion and return flows.

Previously, I owned LATAM-wide marketing operations across 8 countries, building Power BI dashboards and running revenue and campaign analyses to guide decisions. I proposed data-driven campaign strategies during a revenue decline period, driving a 112% revenue increase in the LAS region (Mar/23), and supported execution through HTML/CSS and SQL-based audience segmentation.
