I am a results-driven Sales Executive based in Zambia. With a strong track record of success in sales and administration, I bring valuable expertise in formulating and executing demand creation strategies, enhancing brand awareness, and driving business growth.

Currently serving as the Field Sales Manager at Apollo Agriculture since February 2023, I consistently achieve weekly, monthly, and seasonal targets for farmer acquisition. In this role, I evaluate agent performance, drive high-impact sales activations, manage the sales budget, recruit and train agents, and strengthen relationships with government officials and local authorities. Additionally, I provide insights for continuous improvement and fraud prevention.

Before my current role, I served as a Territory Sales Executive at Airtel Zambia Plc in the Northern province of Zambia. During this period, I identified Airtel Money channel partners, achieved quality Gross addition targets, and advocated for the opening of new sites, turning them into a revenue-generating market. I also played a key role in increasing Airtel Money penetration in rural areas by over 200%, successfully recruiting and training sales teams, leading to substantial growth in subscribers.

In my previous positions, such as Sales Back Office Manager at Venture Holding Limited registered insurance brokers, I achieved over 90% customer retention.

Outside the realm of sales and marketing, I have contributed to various initiatives, serving as a Zonal Census Coordinator at Zambia Statistics Agency and a Trainer of Trainers for the Christian Churches Monitoring Group. I am also actively pursuing my Bachelor of Business in Accounting at Zambia Open University, with an expected completion date in December 2024.

My skill set includes key account development, sales pipeline management, market intelligence, communication and engagement techniques, financial records analysis, continuous improvements, and profit and revenue-generating strategies.
