I’m an experienced, results-driven General Manager with a proven track record of developing and executing business strategies that deliver measurable outcomes. I’ve led day-to-day operations of a 5000+ member health and fitness facility while keeping teams focused on growth, compliance, and consistent performance.

At PlanetFitness, I manage operational budgets, drive year-over-year EFT and membership base growth, and ensure health and safety regulations are consistently met. I recruit, hire, and develop diverse, high-performance teams in a collaborative environment, achieving some of the lowest attrition rates across the franchise.

I’m known for creating structure around KPIs and financial accountability—exceeding monthly targets tied to 70% EFT growth, 97%+ facility audits, and NPS scores in the 75+ range. I also conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial analyses to help ownership understand revenue-to-expense performance and cost control.

Beyond operations, I’ve strengthened HR and organizational systems through payroll preparation, benefits and insurance administration, employee benefit program execution, and employee handbook policy updates.
