What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations or construction administration role where I can improve workflows, coordinate critical information, support financial and CRM processes, and help a remote team stay organized and accountable.

I've spent seven years supporting U.S.-based construction, roofing, restoration, and field-service businesses through remote operations and construction administration. I coordinate vendors, subcontractors, remote staff, executive schedules, and critical business information.

I build SOPs, operational trackers, and Google Sheets/Apps Script workflows for payment and project matching. I also support accounts payable and receivable, CRM administration, software onboarding, troubleshooting, and workflow gap resolution.
