I’m a Customer Success professional with a background in enterprise SaaS, law, and policy—bringing together a strong commercial foundation and a passion for long-term client partnerships.

Currently, I manage strategic accounts across B2B SaaS, partnering with global clients to drive adoption, retention, and expansion—contributing to £3.5M+ in ARR, 100% retention, and $700K+ in expansion revenue. My focus is on aligning product value with business outcomes, building scalable CS processes, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

I began my career as a qualified solicitor after training at Clifford Chance, before pivoting into tech to work at the intersection of people, data, and product. I’ve since helped scale CS functions across LegalTech, Energy, and EdTech startups, with a deep appreciation for stakeholder management, product feedback loops, and customer-led growth.

Educated at Cambridge University and King’s College London. Currently based in the UAE and always open to sharing ideas, learning from others in the CS space, and building meaningful partnerships.
