I am an aspiring IT professional with practical experience in IT support, service delivery and customer-facing roles. I have worked in call center operations and IT service delivery where I onboarded employees, handled trouble tickets, and troubleshot hardware and software issues.
My technical toolkit includes Microsoft Office, Linux, Windows, JavaScript and experience using Qualys for network security analysis. I combine technical troubleshooting with strong communication, public speaking and teamwork skills developed in BPO and insurance-sector roles.
