I seek a collaborative role in a growth-oriented organization where I can secure and maintain IT infrastructure, provide excellent user support, and grow into network administration or cybersecurity responsibilities.

I am a dedicated IT professional with hands-on experience in hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and user support. I bring a strong foundation in network design, monitoring, and security, combined with programming knowledge in C++, C, Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

During my ICT attachment at a government ministry I tested new ICT solutions, implemented measures to protect sensitive data, and ensured compliance with data privacy requirements. I identified and resolved challenges related to technology adoption and digital transformation while contributing actionable market research insights.

I am proficient in system administration, virtualization, and cloud computing, and I focus on software testing, quality assurance, and reliable data backup and recovery procedures.
