I am a Computer Science graduate from Mama Ngina University College with hands-on experience in IT support, web development, and cybersecurity documentation. I focus on practical troubleshooting, software configuration, and maintaining accurate technical records.

During industrial attachments at IT Agile Business Solutions I supported end-user troubleshooting, assisted with software updates and installations, and collaborated with web teams to strengthen my HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills. I also contributed to the cybersecurity division through careful data entry and documentation.

In my current role as a Customer Service Executive at ISON BPO I perform onboarding and outbound client calls, resolve user challenges, and collect feedback to improve product experience. I combine technical knowledge with customer-facing communication to ensure clients can use products end-to-end.
