Kipkoech Brian

I am an ICT professional with hands-on experience in system administration, hardware repair, and technical support. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology and a Master's in Financial Engineering.

In my current role as an Administrative Assistant at Kenyatta University I upload e-learning modules and notes on kusoma, help students recover their kusoma login credentials, assign groups for assessments, and troubleshoot Android phones, tablets, PCs and peripherals. Previously I maintained an ICT engineering lab, performed software installation, provided technical support to students and lecturers, and worked on networking and helpdesk tasks during university attachment.

I have additional experience in sales reporting and procurement from a role at The Coca-Cola Company and a Service Desk internship. I hold certificates including Meta Database Engineer, IBM Cybersecurity Analyst, and Applied Data Science Lab, and I seek roles where I can apply system administration, support, and certification-backed skills to improve reliability and user access to services.
