I built AgingAtHomeSupport.com, a 100+ page digital health platform helping families navigate aging-in-place decisions. I designed its content architecture, interactive ADL assessment, SEO framework, analytics, go-to-market campaign, and private-pay referral monetization model.
At VNA Health Group, I led business development for a $250M home health and hospice organization, managing 15 business development managers and 60 nurse liaisons. I grew Physician Portal SaaS revenue from $10M to more than $110M and increased hospital-to-home-health transitions by 20% through BPCI-A and TEAM readiness work with RWJBarnabas Health.
I've built long-term partnerships with hospital leaders, population health teams, case management, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, and joint-venture boards. Earlier, I grew a wound-care sales territory from $429K to more than $3M and built medical education business across pharmaceutical, medical device, and animal health markets.
