What I'm looking for

Seeking a strategic operations role in tech where I can scale systems, drive efficiency, and lead cross-functional teams. I’m drawn to mission-driven companies that value innovation, collaboration, and sustainable growth.

I’m a seasoned operations and engineering executive with over 15 years of experience leading cross-functional teams across technology, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors. My core expertise lies in strategy execution, operational efficiency, supply chain optimization, and cybersecurity governance.

Most recently, I served as Director of Operations at Kuva Systems, where I led transformative initiatives including the deployment of the Fishbowl MRP system—dramatically improving inventory management, production planning, and compliance with SOC 2 cybersecurity standards. I also negotiated supplier agreements that resulted in significant logistics cost reductions while aligning purchasing strategies with sales and production targets.

Earlier in my career, I co-founded Centini Foods, establishing operational systems that ensured regulatory compliance in a fast-paced food production environment. My work consistently focuses on scaling operations with a focus on performance metrics, secure infrastructure, and stakeholder alignment. I’ve developed KPIs across operations, HR, and IT security functions to drive accountability and data-informed decisions.

I hold a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD, a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, and a B.A. in Mathematics. I’m a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) and a dual US-Canadian citizen, open to relocation across North America.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about food, ceramics, and the outdoors. I also bring a personal mission to educate others on healthy nourishment and sustainable practices, drawing from my own culinary background and wellness journey.
