Previously at Grass Valley, I managed new product introduction projects for complex broadcast electronics and implemented Design for Manufacturing standards for SMT and through-hole production. At CIARA, I progressed from Junior Industrial Engineer to Global Quality Control Director, leading quality operations across Canadian and U.S. facilities and managing 17 direct reports.
