What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote ops role that’s purely process- and systems-driven, where I can strengthen guideline adherence, compliance, and data accuracy, train teams on structured workflows, and ensure consistent quality through rigorous audits.

I’ve spent years building systems and processes from the ground up in high-pressure environments, enforcing operational standards, and managing compliance and data accuracy for teams of 15+.

I’m a systems person who does my best work independently and remotely, and I bring the same rigor and attention to detail to every internal process I touch. In my current Store Manager role, I evaluate daily business metrics and operational data to identify performance trends and ensure accuracy in reporting, while applying guideline adherence and policy-based decision frameworks to resolve complex operational issues consistently.

I’ve also trained team members on structured processes to improve consistency and adherence to company standards, and I conduct quality checks on store operations, visual standards, and documentation to maintain brand compliance. Previously, I led over 100 accounts with a strong focus on accurate records, compliance requirements, and inventory organization, and I’ve supported audits through cash-handling and opening/closing procedures—because reliable processes are how teams stay aligned and outcomes stay accurate.
