I’m seeking a fully remote role where I can deliver dependable service execution, provide organized operational leadership, and collaborate in a solutions-focused environment to improve workflow consistency and accuracy.

I’m an operations and client service leader with 10+ years of experience supporting multistate teams, improving processes, and delivering accurate, high-quality results. I’m known for strong communication, relationship-building, and managing complex workloads with consistency and clarity.

In recent operations leadership, I managed day-to-day execution across a three-state territory, maintaining an 80–94% weekly completion rate. I conducted quality checks, monitored data accuracy, ensured compliance, and served as the primary point of contact for field staff to resolve issues quickly and keep standards consistent.

Earlier, as a District Manager, I oversaw multiple retail accounts, trained and coached new hires, and organized high-volume workloads through structured planning and proactive communication. I also built operations end-to-end as a General Manager—reopening a business by rebuilding POS, staffing workflows, vendor relationships, compliance processes, and financial controls, then implementing SOPs and staff training to support seamless daily operations.
