I’m an operations and customer service leader with 16+ years of progressive experience managing a high-volume retail business generating approximately $2M in annual sales. I’ve built a reputation for leading teams, improving operational efficiency, and resolving complex customer issues with clear, calm communication.

As a Store Manager, I manage daily operations and lead teams of 7–20 employees, including Assistant Managers. I handle hiring, interviewing, onboarding, performance reviews, coaching, scheduling, payroll, inventory management, cash handling, and operational compliance.

I’m recognized for designing scalable hiring processes and mentoring employees into management roles. I’ve trained and coached hundreds of employees across customer service, operational procedures, sales performance, and leadership development, and I’ve successfully improved employee retention and reduced inventory shrink while exceeding annual sales goals.
