I seek a product- or growth-focused role at a mission-driven company where I can run experiments, optimise funnels, lead cross-functional teams, and scale customer acquisition and retention.

I am a product-led growth strategist with 3+ years of experience driving operations, strategy, and customer experience at startups and edtech organisations. I translate complex user insights into data-driven growth strategies, have led cross-functional teams to improve conversion and retention, and launched initiatives that scaled acquisition while optimising CAC.

My background combines MSc Management training with hands-on product analytics and operations: from improving chat conversions and WABA journeys to directing international program launches and building React/SQL retail tooling. I prioritise first-principles thinking, measurable experimentation, and clear SOPs to deliver sustained growth and strong learner/customer outcomes.
