I’m a Growth Manager working on experiment-driven product growth—turning user friction into measurable activation, retention, and roadmap priorities. Since starting, I’ve conceptualised, scoped, and launched a Mock Interview program from zero and scaled it to 750+ sessions rated 4.8/5.

I’ve redesigned onboarding flows and run A/B tests across key funnel touchpoints to grow the platform from 100 to 12,000+ activated users and 23,000+ qualified leads. I partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to find journey friction points and improve activation rates.

I also bring a strategy and analytics mindset from structured problem-solving: I design retention and re-engagement experiments for at-risk cohorts, synthesise learnings into product insights, and translate user pain points into product briefs. Alongside growth work, I’ve led operational and financial modelling projects (including a solar panel manufacturing plant) and managed large event budgets as a Financial Coordinator.
