I’m looking for a remote role where I can handle live chat and customer inquiries, support day-to-day operations, and improve processes with tools like WhatsApp Business and workflow automation. I want a fast-growing team that values reliability and quick learning.

I’m an ambitious BCA undergraduate and remote-ready Customer Support / Operations Assistant who enjoys turning digital conversations into resolved outcomes. I focus on dependable, high-quality technical and administrative assistance for startups and growing teams.

In my freelance role, I managed live chat customer interactions and monitored automated chatbots for small business clients using ManyChat. I also configured basic workflow automation with Make.com and Zapier to reduce repetitive administrative tasks, while keeping customer data updated in Google Sheets.

Earlier, I worked as a Customer Support & Operations Assistant at an insurance policy startup, handling customer inquiries through chat and digital channels. I assisted with account and policy questions, managed lead inquiries, maintained onboarding documents and digital records, and followed data privacy procedures.
