I’m experienced in working independently and learning new tools quickly through self-directed projects. I’ve managed multiple projects end-to-end, including digital product creation, workflow automation, and customer-oriented online work.

In my projects, I designed customer-focused digital planners by researching user pain points and iterating with feedback. I also built an AI email categorization workflow using n8n, creating logic to prioritize customer emails and improve how inboxes are organized.

I’m looking to begin my career in Customer Support, where I can provide exceptional user experiences while continuously improving processes. I bring a process improvement mindset, strong ownership, and attention to detail—so support workflows get better with every iteration.
