I’m an enthusiastic, customer-focused professional with fluent English communication and a strong understanding of CRM platforms including Zendesk, Freshdesk, and Intercom. I’m comfortable handling ticketing system workflows, escalation logic, and customer inquiry resolution while staying empathetic and solutions-oriented.

In a simulated support environment, I assisted in managing customer inquiries across email and chat to strengthen my problem-resolution and communication skills. I also created sample knowledge base articles and email response templates to practice writing clear, customer-facing content, and I completed self-paced digital projects such as website content updates and market research on schedule in a remote learning setup.

Through mock cross-functional projects (content, product, QA), I practiced coordinating messaging and maintaining consistency across teams. I’m excited to contribute to a global team in an International BPO / Customer Support role, including US/UK shifts, night shifts, and rotational schedules, with a strong focus on SLA adherence and first-call resolution.
