I’m a dynamic, results-oriented retail supervisor with 3+ years of progressive operations experience and three rapid promotions in just two years at Under Armour. I run daily store operations end-to-end, building high-performing teams and making the day-to-day smoother and more efficient.

I create schedules for the whole team, cover shifts when people called out, and keep inventory accurate with full RFID inventory scans. I take complete charge of onboarding and training new hires—handling I-9 paperwork, running background checks, teaching the registers and iPads, and following up so they actually stay and do well.

Customer outcomes are a priority for me: I handle every escalated customer issue by listening, fixing the problem on the spot, and turning unhappy customers into ones who leave happy and come back. I also lead visual merchandising every week, coach and develop the team every shift, and maintain a positive, supportive work environment in fast-paced settings.
