I’m looking for a client-facing, data-driven role where I can own workforce planning and resource optimization, strengthen retention, and lead cross-functional coordination to improve staffing efficiency and operational visibility.

I’m a Resource Management specialist with a proven track record in optimizing talent deployment, improving utilization, and driving staffing efficiency across dynamic, client-facing environments. I focus on workforce planning, skills alignment, and cross-functional coordination to keep engagements running smoothly.

In my current role as a Delivery Account Manager, I serve as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants, ensuring consistent support and timely communication. I actively monitor consultant health and engagement, identify risks early, and coordinate ongoing project and talent needs across engagements.

Previously, as a Resource Management Coordinator at GorillaLogic, I led full-cycle resource management operations to align consulting talent with project demands, minimizing bench time. I maintained data accuracy across Salesforce, FinancialForce, and Lever; developed KPIs and dashboards; and supported demand planning with Talent Acquisition when capacity was unavailable.
