What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead operations or project-focused teams where I can improve workflows, coach people, use KPIs to raise service standards, and collaborate across functions to deliver measurable results.

I've led operational teams at IOM – UN Migration and Anchora Colombia, coaching staff, managing workloads, tracking performance, and improving cross-functional communication. At IOM, I supervised 10 staff members and redesigned workflows to strengthen productivity, task distribution, and team adaptability.

Most recently at Endpoints Latam, I tracked strategic plans and KPIs, prepared executive reporting, and coordinated the company’s first international Board meeting in Panama. I bring experience in training, onboarding, reporting, process compliance, and bilingual stakeholder coordination across humanitarian, clinical research, logistics, SaaS, and service environments.
