I’m an AI-first Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with 7+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment across LATAM and the U.S., supporting top-tier companies like Rappi and Luxoft. With a Bachelor of Clinical Psychology, I bring behavioral assessment rigor to hiring—built to eliminate “babysitting” risk in remote environments.
