I’m looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition role where I can lead end-to-end hiring across regions, partner with senior stakeholders and HRBPs, and use data-driven sourcing, ATS reporting, and automation to deliver scalable, inclusive hiring.

I’m a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with experience leading end-to-end recruitment strategies across LATAM and North America for global organizations. I partner closely with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to align hiring strategies with business priorities and deliver high-quality candidate experiences.

I build sourcing and hiring programs grounded in market intelligence and analytics—using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search & advanced sourcing, talent mapping, and ATS reporting to improve hiring efficiency and quality of hire. In my current role at Sealed Air, I drive recruitment process optimization through automation, Power Automate, and advanced Excel reporting, while mentoring junior recruiters and strengthening employer branding and inclusive hiring practices across the Americas.

Previously, I managed full-cycle recruitment for LATAM high-volume and strategic needs and led IT recruiting for U.S. and Canadian clients, including bilingual technical and competency-based interviews, salary negotiation, and candidate experience throughout the lifecycle. I’ve also supported HR operations as an HR Assistant (Social Service), and I continue to grow through certifications in IT Recruitment, Microsoft Power Automate, data analysis, IT Recruitment (RecruHack), Amazon Web Services, and Human Resources Generalist foundations.
