I am a customer service and technical support professional with extensive experience in client-facing roles both on-site and remotely. I bring strong communication, empathy, and adaptability to every interaction.

I have managed sales, client relations, and distributor collaboration for water and air purification solutions, and I independently handled customer-facing responsibilities while supporting network growth and community well-being.

I have experience monitoring and managing vehicle fleet operations in New York, preparing estimates using Audatex, and coordinating across departments to maintain service quality. I also handled administrative duties, supplier coordination, and customer service for a customized products business.

I am advancing my technical skills with studies in Python and Data Analysis and have completed Promotec certification; I work well in remote teams and prioritize attention to detail and problem-solving.
