I'm currently a Products & Partnerships Manager at ESL Education, managing 50+ international institutional accounts as their primary point of contact.
I drive retention and long-term engagement through proactive relationship management, identify upselling opportunities, and lead onboarding to support successful product adoption.
I work closely with product and engineering teams to improve user experience, while using Freshservice, Trello, an internal CRM, and Drupal to coordinate requests, track performance, and manage content.
