I’m looking for a Customer Success role where I can own onboarding and retention, partner cross-functionally, and use my multilingual client communication to solve complex problems and improve CSAT.

I’m a client-focused Customer Success professional bringing 15+ years of leading client relationships, onboarding, and engagement programs across service, retail, and consulting environments. I’m trilingual (Spanish/English/Portuguese) and experienced working with international and remote client bases.

Over 2,255+ documented hours of direct client engagement, I’m known for high-level communication, active listening, and complex problem-solving. I combine a client-first mindset with a structured, results-driven approach to onboarding and retention, including CSAT satisfaction tracking and business alignment.

In my most recent experience as a Client Support, Coaching & Engagement Consultant, I led a recurring portfolio of 50+ individual and corporate clients with structured check-ins and clear follow-through on action steps. I delivered coaching and onboarding support during organizational change, created training content and workshops, and designed group sessions to improve engagement in high-change environments.

I’ve also built strong account relationships and customer experiences—leading client experience initiatives across an 18-store retail network, and advising SME and entrepreneur clients on compliance, tax, and financial process guidance. Earlier in my career, I managed complex international accounts and supported industrial traceability software, strengthening renewal rates and long-term partnerships.
