I've delivered desk-side end-user support at Dreams Computer in Chennai, resolving customer inquiries by phone, chat, and email. I remotely connected to users' computers, addressed service, billing, equipment, product-function, and defective-parts issues.

Before that, I taught core subjects at AAA International School CBSE and served as grade chair for three years. I developed curricula and lesson plans, counselled students academically, and coordinated field trips, speakers, and demonstrations.

At Apollo Computer Education, I instructed students in software applications, assessed projects and examinations, and communicated progress throughout their courses. My background also includes data entry at Victory Systems, where I entered more than 1,000 records per day and increased task speed by 28%.
