What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can deliver accurate, friendly service, help customers through fast check-out, and grow into more responsibilities and leadership while contributing to smooth store operations.

I’m a customer care representative who brings energetic, hardworking, and friendly service to every customer interaction. I focus on accuracy in handling customer transactions and I move customers through the check-out process quickly while addressing their needs.

In my previous role as a computer teacher, I also developed strong communication and support skills through teaching and day-to-day engagement. I enjoy taking on new responsibilities and leadership roles because I’m passionate about serving others.

I’ve built a practical operational mindset through inventory management—proper storage and organization of spare parts, store maintenance, and handling customers. Along with customer service strengths, I use C, C++, HTML, and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to stay organized and productive.
