I’m looking for IT Support or an entry-level IT Analyst role where I can troubleshoot issues, support users, use Excel and basic SQL, and grow with clear processes and hands-on learning.

I’m an MBA (Information Technology) graduate (first division) with 3+ years of experience as a Computer Instructor, delivering IT training and MS Office education while keeping computer lab operations running smoothly. I’m hands-on with troubleshooting for systems/software and focused on helping users and students solve problems quickly and clearly.

Before teaching, I worked as a Customer Care Executive at Teleperformance, strengthening my communication, problem-solving, and customer-first mindset. I also developed an EventNest app using VB.NET and MS Access, and I enjoy working with Excel and basic SQL—especially when it turns real needs into reliable, actionable support.
