I’m a Sales Operations and Revenue Operations professional with 4+ years of experience structuring and optimizing commercial operations, with advanced CRM management in HubSpot. I translate data into actionable insights and scale commercial processes efficiently across the full cycle—from funnel design and playbooks to forecasting and decision-making.

I build process automation and AI-assisted sales systems, including an AI-powered conversation analysis bot that processes sales chat transcripts to extract conversion rates, loss reasons, and service quality scores. I also integrate HubSpot with LLMs via API and automate workflow creation and analysis to generate CRM insights directly within the platform.

On the operations side, I own revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, lead segmentation, lead scoring, ICP definition, and KPI monitoring routines.
