What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a data-focused commercial role where I can strengthen sales operations, forecasting, CRM processes, lead generation, and automation to support data-backed business decisions.

I've supported commercial teams at Valid, SAS, and Lalamove by building the sales operations, forecasting, and data systems behind stronger decisions.

At Valid, I delivered more than 5,000 targeted B2B leads through ICP-based generation engines, deployed a new CRM environment with multiple pipeline workflows, and optimized usage-based pricing and variable billing structures. I also developed automated workflows and agentic AI solutions to improve operational speed.

At SAS, I co-managed the global commercial forecast for the Americas, supported sales operations across Brazil and Colombia, and handled complex software cost and tax calculations across licensing models.

At Lalamove, I built and maintained sales performance dashboards, created a segmented database of more than 50,000 B2B leads, and negotiated commercial partnerships with major e-commerce platforms including Shopify.
