I am looking for a role that values customer satisfaction and offers opportunities for growth.

I am a results-driven customer service professional with extensive experience in fully remote roles. My career has been defined by my ability to manage high volumes of calls while resolving customer issues with empathy and efficiency. I pride myself on maintaining excellent communication independently, which has allowed me to thrive in structured environments and consistently meet performance targets without direct supervision.

In my most recent role, which is due to end in June, is working as a Senior Customer Advisor at Astute Finance, I effectively manage inbound and outbound customer calls, ensuring polite and professional interactions. My previous experience as a Customer Relations Manager at Wild Unicorn Entertainment Agency honed my skills in managing bookings and maintaining excellent client relationships, which encouraged repeat business. I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and continuously seek to improve my skills and knowledge in this field. unfortunately this is a self employed vacancy and is due to come to an end. I hope to find a similar, permanent role but in an employed position.
