I seek a client-facing role leveraging CRM and operations to improve customer retention, streamline workflows, and support business growth in a collaborative, growth-oriented company.

I am a detail-oriented Customer Success Manager and CRM specialist with broad experience in hospitality, e-commerce, and event logistics. I founded and led an interior-decor business for five years, applying CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) to grow clients and improve service delivery.

My background includes frontline hospitality at Fattal Hotel Chain, CRM and after-sales roles at Startimes Kenya, and consulting in event and supply chain management, where I coordinated budgets, vendors, and on-site operations. I combine strong communication, administrative, and analytics skills—using Google Analytics, Google Workspace, Mailchimp and Zendesk—to streamline processes and boost client satisfaction.

I hold a Journalism and Media Studies certificate (distinction), am completing a Diploma in Media Arts & Design and pursuing a BASc in Digital Communication and Media; I am certified in Zoho CRM and trained in Pediatric First Aid, CPR and AED.
