I am a detail-oriented Customer Success Manager and CRM specialist with broad experience in hospitality, e-commerce, and event logistics. I founded and led an interior-decor business for five years, applying CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) to grow clients and improve service delivery.

My background includes frontline hospitality at Fattal Hotel Chain, CRM and after-sales roles at Startimes Kenya, and consulting in event and supply chain management, where I coordinated budgets, vendors, and on-site operations.
