What I'm looking for

I am seeking a Customer Success role where I can proactively solve customer problems, drive retention, coach teams, and work in a collaborative, growth-oriented company that values communication and a people-centric approach.

I am a customer-success focused operations specialist with hands-on experience in data storage support and real-time operations. I proactively anticipate and address customer needs through strategic planning and coordination.

I resolved critical, high-impact problems and managed complex, time-sensitive communications during hardware failure alerts, demonstrating calm, clear communication and strong problem-solving under pressure.

I have led field operations as a courier team manager, recruited and trained new employees, and served as an instructor and multimedia operational handler in military service, building effective teams and documentation processes.

Outside work I pursue music, nature, hikes, and practice meditation & mindfulness, which supports my people-centric approach and positive, holistic mindset when working with customers and teams.
