I’m a healthcare support professional with a Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics and hands-on experience supporting patients, customers, and healthcare administration. In my current role as a Customer Service Representative at Nebo Health, I respond to patient inquiries through phone, email, and digital channels while maintaining accurate, confidential documentation.

I manage patient intake tasks such as medical records, insurance verification, and appointment scheduling. I also support telehealth documentation and collaborate with departments to resolve issues efficiently in fast-paced environments.

Earlier, I completed a Nutritionist Intern role at Nyeri Provincial Hospital, where I assisted nutrition services by recording patient information and preparing medical documentation. I educated patients on nutrition and discharge recommendations, and supported administrative tasks including filing and reporting.

I’m detail-oriented, dependable, and quick to learn new systems and processes. I work confidently with EHR systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, with HIPAA awareness and a strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality—especially for remote full-time opportunities overlapping U.S. business hours.
