I’m a Compassionate Clinical Officer with experience in patient intake, insurance/benefit verification, scheduling, and medical documentation. I handle inbound patient calls as a first point of contact, ensuring clear communication and empathetic support while verifying patient eligibility and coordinating with clinicians for referrals and authorizations.

During my Clinical Officer Intern role, I registered new patients and updated profiles in hospital EMR and manual registers, maintained accurate and confidential records, and ensured compliance with data protection and hospital documentation standards. I also managed appointments for TB, HIV, MCH, and OPD clinics, conducted phone follow-ups to reduce no-shows, and compiled daily and weekly patient data reports for hospital management.
