I'm seeking opportunities in Spain where I can deliver strategic tech hiring, partner closely with business leaders, improve talent processes, and support talent management initiatives across international teams.

At HSO International, I manage end-to-end recruitment for strategic Microsoft technology and digital transformation roles across EMEA, including Solution Architects, Service Delivery Managers, consultants, and Data and Cloud talent.

Previously at EPAM and Emakina, I delivered full-cycle hiring for global executive and technical roles while supporting talent integration following the brand merger. I also mentored three junior sourcers, built multidisciplinary technology teams, and improved employer branding, referral, diversity, and candidate-experience initiatives.
