I'm looking to own and improve full-cycle hiring in an international, high-growth environment, partnering closely with leaders to build scalable processes, strong talent pipelines, and an outstanding candidate experience.

I've owned full-cycle hiring across Europe, LATAM, and the US at Crocs, MVRDV, and Sunrock, supporting rapid growth while improving recruitment processes and candidate experience. At MVRDV, I delivered approximately 80 hires across the Netherlands, France, and Germany as the company’s sole recruiter.
